Active April Challenge

Welcome to the Active April Challenge! For April, our focus is on staying active! I have a great month planned for you! All you need is a small Pilates ball and some dumbbells! We got this, team!

Equipment Needed: Pilates Small Ball, Yoga Blocks, Resistance Bands, and Dumbbells.

Time to get mobile! This class will help you understand how to increase your lower body flexibility by using simple techniques. All levels are welcome to take this class. You will want two yoga blocks for this class.

Today's fusion class is a beautiful blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates using the mini ball! This class has everything - we will work on our balance with standing postures, core with the mini ball, and end class with some fantastic hip stretches and twists! Please grab two yoga blocks and your small Pilates ball for this workout. Enjoy!

Get ready for a new kind of burn! This class uses socks and a hard floor to slide your way into strength! This is an all-level class however it is not recommended for beginners. I do give options but beginners may find some of the movements difficult. You may want two yoga blocks under your wrists if you have carpal tunnel and a blanket or rolled up yoga mat to pad knees/elbows.
