Welcome to the August challenge! This month, I have launched my new PERFECT10 program! Each class in this challenge will blend perfectly with the PERFECT10 workouts. You may do this challenge or pair it with the PERFECT10 program.
This month we are focusing on building Athletic Strength! We will use Resistance Bands, the Small Pilates ball, and Yoga Blocks!
