Welcome to the Dare To Dream March Challenge! This month is about staying consistent in our practice through fun, simple, and effective programming! We have Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates with the Magic Circle, and resistance bands, and fusion training with weights!
Equipment Needed: Magic Circle, Resistance Bands, Yoga Blocks, and Dumbbells or Kettlebells.
