New to Yoga? Start here:
I suggest practicing 3-4 days a week to start. After you have done each of the beginner videos a few times, I recommend trying some of the other all levels yoga flows. I will give you options in those classes to modify the poses.
New to Pilates? Start here:
These two classes will help you learn how to activate the deep abdominals. After you have done each of those classes a few times, you can move to any of the Pilates classes. I recommend 3-5 days a week adding in 2-3 Pilates classes to help you strengthen your core.
CORE 101 is safe for new moms and those with Diastasis Recti.
Please make sure if you have any medical concerns, that you always seek advice from your doctor before beginning a new fitness routine.

Newest Yoga Classes
Looking for an awesome practice late in the day, but you don’t want something too energizing that will keep you up at night? This practice is for you! This full body practice is gentle, yet you will still get an awesome workout (for mind and body)! We will connect inward to hear what the body is telling us! :) You will want a yoga strap and optional yoga blocks for this class.
It’s moon time! Are you feeling low energy? Is it that time of the month? Or maybe your low back is hurting a bit? This class is perfect for you! We will flow through hips, hamstrings, back, and core to get you feeling like yourself again. You will want a yoga strap and bolster or pillows for this class. Yoga blocks are optional. All levels! Enjoy!
Do you want to do a challenging class but can’t put pressure on your wrists? This class is for you! If you have issues with your knees, this might not be the class for you, but I do give modifications. You may want two yoga blocks and/or a towel to place under your knees. It is leg heavy but we do also work the triceps, back, and core muscles! Enjoy!
This all levels flow is perfect for those looking to feel good! It is a total body workout that will leave you feeling amazing. This class class has modifications for beginners but will also challenge more intermediate students. You will need two yoga blocks for this class.
Did you know that stabilizing the muscles that support your pelvis could be the key to looser hamstrings? This class focuses on just that! You will want yoga blocks for this class. All levels.
This is a wonderful class that will introduce you to hip openers and core work! You may want 2 yoga blocks for this class.
Feeling a bit stressed out? This class is a quick practice to help you release stress in your back, neck and hips. You will want a yoga strap for this class. Block are optional. All levels.
All levels. If you are looking for a full body flow that will challenge you, this is the class! This yoga flow has several arm balances that beginners may find challenging but options will be given to modify. You may want two yoga blocks for this class.
This practice focuses on Sun Salutations, Warrior 1, Triangle Pose, and Tree pose. Great introduction to the standing strength postures in Yoga. All levels are welcome to take this class. You may want 2 yoga blocks for this class.
Are you feeling like you just don’t want to practice? This class is for you! This 36 minute practice will inspire you and energize you. All levels.
Newest Pilates Classes
Get ready to feel the burn! This full body workout uses the Pilates small ball. You can also use a kids ball for this class or no ball at all. All levels.
This 30 minute class not only works your shoulders and core but your butt as well! you will need light hand weights for this class or something similar. You can also do this with no weight at all. All levels.
If you are wondering where to start with training your core muscles, this class is for you! It is perfect for anyone who is postpartum or has back pain. It is also DR (Diastasis Recti) safe. It’s also great for anyone who has no idea how to active their deep abs! You will need an (optional) yoga block for this class. Enjoy!
This is an awesome full body workout using an Exercise Ball or Stability Ball. You can find the ball on Amazon or at any store that sells sports equipment. The ball adds so much more core work to your core work! You also will need some available wall space for a portion of the class, but if you don’t have the wall space you can do the exercises on the floor. All levels will enjoy this class.
Learn how to engage your Transverse Abdominus while you strengthen it! This 30 minute class will help you become aware of this amazing muscle in your deep core. You will need two yoga blocks for this class! All levels. Please make sure your doctor has cleared you for exercise if you have any medical concerns.
This short but very effective class will make your legs burn! You don’t need any equipment for this class but you will want a chair or a countertop nearby for the first part of the class. All levels. Enjoy!
