Whether it is yoga, Pilates, handstand training or learning a new pose, these are the latest classes for you! Remember, I am here to help you. Don’t hesitate to ask me questions by sending me a private email or ask in the private Facebook Group!

New to Yoga? Start here:

I suggest practicing 3-4 days a week to start. After you have done each of the beginner videos a few times, I recommend trying some of the other all levels yoga flows. I will give you options in those classes to modify the poses.

New to Pilates? Start here:

These two classes will help you learn how to activate the deep abdominals. After you have done each of those classes a few times, you can move to any of the Pilates classes. I recommend 3-5 days a week adding in 2-3 Pilates classes to help you strengthen your core.

CORE 101 is safe for new moms and those with Diastasis Recti.

Please make sure if you have any medical concerns, that you always seek advice from your doctor before beginning a new fitness routine.
