Welcome to the Amazing World of Pilates!

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, strength, and endurance. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Pilates creator Joseph Pilates developed these exercises in the 1920s. Fusion classes combine both Pilates, yoga and often Tai chi to give you a more mindful practice.

My classes are for all levels of fitness so no matter where you are starting out, you will find these classes to be a challenge and can modify them as needed. All my Pilates and fusion classes are 20 - 45 minutes long and can easily fit into a busy lifestyle.
