Welcome to the Amazing World of Pilates!
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, strength, and endurance. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Pilates creator Joseph Pilates developed these exercises in the 1920s. Fusion classes combine both Pilates, yoga and often Tai chi to give you a more mindful practice. My classes are for all levels of fitness so no matter where you are starting out, you will find these classes to be a challenge and can modify them as needed. All my Pilates and fusion classes are 20 - 45 minutes long and can easily fit into a busy lifestyle.
Latest Pilates Classes
This continual set works the abs and backside. Great class if you don’t have a lot of time but you want something that will burn out your core. Also great to add after a a yoga practice! No equipment needed. All levels.

Resistance Band Classes
This is a great lower body, shoulders and core class. You will need a heavy to medium resistance band for this class. All levels.
Want to turn up the heat? Add a booty band! You will need a resistance band for this class! This class works the outer thighs, glutes, and core muscles. All levels.
This pilates class will get your heart rate up and work some standing postures with the resistance band to really work the legs and the core. You will need a resistance band for this class. All levels.
Soft Pilates Ball Classes
This class focuses on the lower half of your body. You will need a small kids ball or a Pilates soft ball for this class. All levels.
This fun class works the arms, chest, shoulders, core and lower half! You will need a small kids ball or a Pilates soft ball for this workout. All levels.
