I have been practicing with Kerri for a few years now. Whenever I practice with Kerri I have always found her to be calm, clear and extremely knowledgeable, but importantly, without ever feeling that she is showing off or a little too in love with herself or making me feel inadequate with her amazing flexibility and strength. Instead she is inspiring. She always offers many modifications and advice on how to get access to a pose. She is honest and modest. She always answers any questions and interacts with her members very well. I have been so inspired by her that I did my yoga teacher training and recently qualified. Thanks Kerri. I love practicing yoga with Kerri and the convenience of having her classes online. I like knowing I don't need to rely on having access to a studio or some kind of pass to go to classes around town. I also really appreciate Kerri's teaching style. With the BYG website and tutorials we always have access to an instructor who teaches correct posture and emphasizes technique and of course modifications! Sometimes studio instructors can get lost in the rush of incoming and outgoing classes and correct technique can be overlooked or pushed to the side. It’s understandable and I can't say I blame them but those environments aren't always beneficial for learning something new and practicing it correctly. Thanks Kerri for caring about us as much as you do! And congrats on the new site/opportunity!

This was so good! I’m exhausted but it feels so great. I have felt so low and unmotivated for months. So I basically forced my self to find a class with you.
