Below you will find classes for all levels of students. Unless otherwise specified, these classes are for all levels of students and options are given. You may want a yoga mat, strap and yoga block depending on the specific class or your needs. For yoga mats, blocks or other equipment that I am using in these classes, click here.

This 30 minute class is perfect to do first thing in the morning! Have an awesome day! You may want two yoga blocks for this practice. All levels.
All levels. If you are looking for a full body flow that will challenge you, this is the class! This yoga flow has several arm balances that beginners may find challenging but options will be given to modify. You may want two yoga blocks for this class.
Are you feeling like you just don’t want to practice? This class is for you! This 36 minute practice will inspire you and energize you. All levels.
Level 1-2 This is a YO30 full practice to lead you up to the peak pose of Forearm Balance. You will want a wall and a yoga block. Options are given for those that do not have the full expression in their practice.
Level 2 YO30 class for anyone wanting to work on this amazing posture. You may want 2 yoga blocks for this class. Options are give for those that do not have the full expression in their practice.
Level 1-2 YO30 class. This class works you up to Fire Fly pose in just 30 minutes. Options are given for those who are not able to do the post in the full expression.
Do you struggle with your tight hamstrings? This is an amazing class to help anyone loosen up tight hamstrings as well as understand why they are tight. All levels. Enjoy!
This is an awesome class that focuses on upper body strength. Options will be given for those who may not be able to get into the full expression of some of the arm balances. You may want 2 yoga blocks for this class. Level 2.
This short practice is great if you have little time but want to get in a quick workout. We will focus on core strength to help you with difficult yoga postures. You may want two yoga blocks to help you modify this class. All levels.
This is a Christ centered yoga class for those of christian faith. Surrendering all our problems to God can be quite challenging. This practice is a gentle hip opening and lower body flow to help ease tension and guide the mind to let go and surrender it all.
This practice focuses on Sun Salutations, Warrior 1, Triangle Pose, and Tree pose. Great introduction to the standing strength postures in Yoga. All levels are welcome to take this class. You may want 2 yoga blocks for this class.
This is a wonderful class that will introduce you to hip openers and core work! You may want 2 yoga blocks for this class.
What is yoga all about? This class is great for beginners to understand the heart of the yoga practice. All levels but geared towards beginners.
Restorative & Chronic Pain
Feeling a bit stressed out? This class is a quick practice to help you release stress in your back, neck and hips. You will want a yoga strap for this class. Block are optional. All levels.
Looking for something to help you wind down at night? This is an amazing yoga practice to help you sleep! All levels. Enjoy!
This amazing practice will not only restore you but also give you a little bit of energy to finish out the day. Great for after work or on the weekends. All levels.
This flow will help you slow down, relax, and restore the mind & body. Suitable for all levels.
This is great quick class for you to do on your day off or when you just need a quick practice to renew your energy. All levels.
If you have Fibromyalgia, chronic pain of any sort, or you just want a restorative practice, this class is perfect for you! All levels. You may want yoga blocks or bolster for this class.
This practice is for anyone who is having back pain. This 20 minute practice will help loosen and strengthen tight hips and low back. Please consult your doctor before starting a yoga practice. All levels.
