Below you will find classes for all levels of students. Unless otherwise specified, these classes are for all levels of students and options are given. You may want a yoga mat, strap and yoga block depending on the specific class or your needs.

New to Yoga? Start here:

I recommend 3-5 yoga classes a week. Beginners can start with 3 yoga classes and work their way up to more if desired. I recommend meditation every day for as little as just 5 minutes. Getting into the daily habit of mediation will help you discover the mind-body connection. Scroll down to see all the different guided mediations I have to offer.
