Who’s ready to get a strong core?

For the month of September, we will focus on training the entire body with an emphasis on the deep core and pelvic floor. We will use dumbbells, resistance bands, and the Pilates small ball to build strength, stamina, and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!

    Thank you for another amazing challenge Kerri! I used to be a committed gym goer but just started feeling beat up after workouts and did not seem to be getting any results. I sure didn’t feel healthy. I’m so glad I made the decision to try your workouts and after about 5 consistent challenges I’ve never felt better and can’t believe how much stronger my body and mind are feeling. Though it wasn’t my primary goal, I’ve managed to lose 8 pounds and did not think that was even possible at my age. I feel amazing and I am so looking forward to October’s challenge. Thanks for all you do to give us the best workouts around!❤️

    So amazing 🥰 you are the best instructor ever. I have been struggling to be consistent in doing my workouts. I feel lazy or sometimes find it difficult to continue when moves is not my level so I feel discouraged. But you have organized programs and many programs and challenges to different needs. Not much time for each day is also something made it easy for me to do daily. I love the relaxing part at the end of some of your videos and meditation also. The core program is what I wanted and this is very important goal. ❤️❤️❤️ with you workout is fun and different and I can do it with you to the end
