This month, we are using resistance bands, dumbbells, and yoga to sculpt, strengthen, and restore. Each class blends power with balance, combining full-body strength training with both energizing and restorative yoga flows. As we move into the winter and holiday season, this challenge is about slowing down, checking in, and staying connected to your body and mind.
