With a mix of strength training, Pilates, and yoga five days a week, you’ll build strength, find balance, and stay grounded. All you need is a willingness to show up and press play! Let’s make this month a celebration of consistency and self-care because showing up for yourself is the ultimate act of gratitude!
We have a few level 2 classes in this challenge. I have provided a level 1 option if you aren’t quite ready to level up!
