Grit and Gratitude

Get ready—November is all about gratitude and showing up for YOU. This time of year can get hectic, but we have a well-rounded plan to keep you moving and feeling your best. With a mix of strength training, Pilates, and yoga five days a week, you’ll build strength, find balance, and stay grounded. All you need is a willingness to show up and press play! Let’s make this month a celebration of consistency and self-care because showing up for yourself is the ultimate act of gratitude!

We have a few level 2 classes in this challenge. I have provided a level 1 option if you aren’t quite ready to level up!

Level 2 class. This upper body class has lots of advanced arm balances however don't let that scare you. I will teach you fun progression to build up your upper body strength. You will want to yoga blocks and a strap for this class. If you are not ready for this class, please choose the alternative class.

24 minute practice that is great first thing in the morning or anytime you feel like you need a little movement after being inactive. Enjoy this fabulous yoga flow!

    Thank you Kerri for another amazing challenge. I love your workouts and feel I’m continuing to challenge my body and get stronger while also treating my body with care and most importantly, learning to “thank my body” for what it does for me.
