This month, we’re using resistance bands, weights, and blocks to build strength, sculpt muscle, and improve flexibility. If you’ve been training with me for a while, I invite you to level up — grab heavier weights and push your limits.

If you’re new, take your time, listen to your body, and focus on building consistency. No matter where you’re starting from, you’re made to move — and this month is all about proving it to yourself.
