Through Barre, calisthenics, strength training, Pilates, and yoga, we’ll sculpt, shape, sweat, and build muscle that’s not only strong but built to last. Every class is designed to improve endurance, build strength, support your nervous system, and help you become the baddy you already are. 🙂
To get the most out of March, have a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, a small Pilates ball, yoga blocks, and a chair nearby. These simple tools let us train the entire body safely and effectively right from home.
