I started working out with Kerri using her monthly BYG challenges over this past summer, and I’ve just locked in for the next year because I am hooked! Her classes are so thoughtfully crafted. The pacing is perfect and the classes are always so stimulating. I’ve been exercising regularly my whole adult life, but the BYG classes are the first I’ve come across that make 30 or 45 minutes fly by because Kerri’s style is so fresh and fun. Over the past 6 months, her positive and uplifting way of guiding you through a workout has completely transformed the way I talk to myself while exercising. She has taught me to love myself into better fitness and drop my old habits of trying to hate myself into shape. Kerri, you are a treasure, and your BYG method is nothing short of magic!
