Fresh Start

Fresh Start January Challenge is about getting your body back online. You’ll use dumbbells, resistance bands, and yoga blocks to build real strength while improving mobility and joint health. The workouts are challenging but doable, strong but not stiff, and designed to leave you feeling energized rather than exhausted.

You’ll move better, feel stronger, and actually want to show up. This Fresh Start Challenge will leave you feeling capable, grounded, and excited to keep going! Let’s do this!
