October can be a busy month, so I created this quick, but effective challenge for you! ! Because the classes are short, this challenge is 6 days a week! All classes are under twenty minutes – We got this! Please use the class directory to swap out any class to fit your needs.

Equipment needed: dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga blocks
