Welcome to a new BYG Monthly Challenge! Made to Move is a 30-day challenge designed to build a stronger core, improve mobility, and help you build muscle, shed fat, and build confidence in your mind and body!

This is a smart, balanced challenge that blends targeted mobility and core training, full-body resistance training to build muscle, and yoga to lower cortisol, improve flexibility, and regulate your nervous system.

Equipment needed: small pilates ball, blocks, bands, and dumbbells
