Peach Perfect combines Yoga, Pilates, and resistance training to target your lower body. We will be building muscle & discovering new flexibility to give us a well-rounded peach!

    Is it possible ball to be replaced with something (pillow…..)?

      Yes, for most exercises, you can use a pillow instead of a ball. You can also use a kid’s ball that you can find at Walmart or any drug store. Just let a little air out.

    Thank you for this program, I completed also the bonus classes and enjoyed every practice. My 🍑 has always been my "weak" part, it's hard to train and tone it. I feel it's much stronger, better looking and also lifted! Also my hamstrings seem to have benefited and are more flexible. Definitely my favourite program and to be repeated! 👏🏼 😍 🍑 🧘🏼‍♀️
