Welcome to the Muscles and Mobility challenge! This month, we will focus on building a strong core, building amazing muscle, and improving our mobility! Please use the class directory to swap out any class that doesn’t fit your needs.

We will be using the magic circle, small pilates ball, resistance bands, and dumbells for this challenge. All the equipment I use is linked below.
