What is the biggest myth to starting a fitness routine?

Most people believe they need to exercise 6 days a week for a minimum of 60 minutes each session to see real results!

I’m here to tell you after 18 years of teaching and training others and in my own life that is ABSOLUTELY FALSE!

The key to change is in a holistic approach. By holistic I mean WHOLE - mind, body, and spirit working together as one. Most people fail because they have the “all or nothing” mindset. They have been taught that only “hard work” is the way to achieve the desires they have. They end up overdoing it physically and usually, after their first 7 days of hard exercise, they are discouraged, injured, and feeling defeated.

Can you relate?

Whether you want to change your body, learn to meditate, begin a yoga practice, or simply feel good about yourself, the key is to first realize that everything you have learned about wellness is probably a lie.

We do not need to overwork ourselves to be successful in our goals - mind, body or spirit.

It is not about working harder, it’s about working smarter!

Now, I’m not saying it isn’t going to be “hard work” because showing up for yourself even 3 days a week can be VERY HARD, but what I’m telling you is that once your realize it is only your limiting beliefs about who you are and what you are capable of, it will be easier than you think.

You cannot change the body without the mind and you cannot change the mind without the body. Furthermore, for those wanting to go deeper, if you don’t have the mind & body working together as one, it is very difficult to connect to your spirit! Change happens when you reprogram your beliefs about who you are and what you are capable of. I’ve been there. I get it.
